Mark and Bekah's little Liam was born last November. With him being a little older we all hatched a plan to meet half way for a get together in February. It would be our first time seeing the handsome little guy. That just so happened to put us in the "Mecca" of Amish country Berlin, Ohio. We enjoyed a long weekend at a beautiful cottage owned by Grammy and Pappy's friends from church the Zimmermans. We took advantage of our rare presence in Ohio to visit some friends that live nearby spending a night with Bridgette and Don Coleman and an afternoon with Christy and Chris Ranney.

The proud Mom and Grandmother sits with her boys

The cottage and surrounding area was very peaceful. If we could add an audio track this is where you would hear the horse and buggy.

Noah loved playing with Grammy and Pappy

Tara brushes up on her baby holding skills.

Noah looks on while Mark gives Liam a bath. Things became humorous for all with the unscheduled fountain show.

Hey, your not my mommy!

While we were talking in the other room Dennis the Menace thought he would help himself to some dip.
Noah leads the way though an Amish cheese factory. Best part was they had samples for all their delicious cheese.

Hmm.. what in the world could be causing Mark look sleepy. He could be holding a clue.

We had a great visit with the Coleman family. We saw Bridgette and Don in Colorado last summer but we had not seen Brennan since they lived in Princeton and it was our first time meeting little Aidan. Noah and Brennan had a great time together with trains, trucks and lots of books.

Fortunately not all family is so far away. We had a nice visit from Carolyn, Nolan and Lyra mid February

February was a good month for seeing family. At the end of the month we had a nice week with Nanny at our place.
